Beta Terms of Use

Beta Version Only

The Platform you are accessing is a pre-release beta version provided solely for testing, evaluation, and feedback purposes. It is not the final product, may contain errors or defects, and may not operate reliably or without interruption. ASTM may change, suspend, or discontinue the Beta Program at any time without notice.

License and Access

Subject to these Terms, ASTM grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of internal evaluation and testing during the Beta Program.

• You may not use the Platform for any commercial or production purposes.
• You may not copy, download, export, or otherwise extract any content or data from the Platform.
• You may not attempt to bypass technical restrictions, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from the Platform.
• You may not use the Platform in any way that infringes, misappropriates, or violates intellectual property rights of ASTM or others.

Intellectual Property

The Platform, including all content, data, and materials made available to you, is the confidential and proprietary information of ASTM (“ASTM IP”). You obtain no ownership rights in the Platform or the ASTM IP.

All feedback, suggestions, or comments you provide regarding the Platform (“Feedback”) shall be owned exclusively by ASTM. By providing Feedback, you assign to ASTM all rights, title, and interest in and to the Feedback, including any intellectual property rights therein. Except as required by law, ASTM will treat all such Feedback as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties, except as necessary to evaluate, implement, or improve the Platform. Access to Feedback shall be restricted to ASTM and its authorized personnel.

Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, highlight, or otherwise attempt to reproduce content from the Platform into your own systems or environments.
• Share access to the Platform or your user credentials (including username, password, or authentication information) with anyone.
• Share access to the Platform with unauthorized third parties.
• Use the Platform in violation of applicable law.

Confidentiality

You acknowledge that the Platform and all related materials are confidential. You agree not to disclose, publish, or otherwise make available any information about the Platform to any third party (including anyone who is not a user) without ASTM's prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “AS IS,” without any warranties of any kind. ASTM expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASTM shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

ASTM may terminate your access to the Beta Program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
